With over 7 years of experience supporting anxiously attached individuals and couples, I'm a Certified Attachment Specialist and Relationship Coach. I help people heal relationship anxiety, rebuild self-trust, and become secure in both love and life. My approach blends Attachment Theory, Emotion Focused Therapy, Somatic work, and trauma-informed coaching to create real, lasting transformation - not just self-understanding but sustainable change.
